Helpful combinations of keyboard

 Hello everyone ,

                             Today I am sharing some info. about   function  keys which may help you operate your PC / laptop in a better way , so let's begin .......

1. F1 =  if u need help in about anything software or application just open that application and press f1 key it open the help menu .

2. F2 = if u wanna rename any folder , just select that folder and press f2 , and rename your folder , it help's you in saving your time .

3. F3 = this function key open the search bar , and it also help you to search a particular text in any application such as search engine etc.

4. F4 = the use of this function is most common we use it as
                   ALT + F4
This combination close all the open applications on your PC and if you again it will provide you the option of shut down and restart etc.

5. F5 = it is also the most common and used function key , this key help you to increase your PC speed by refreshing it and also reload your web page if use in browser.

6. F7 = it help you to check spelling and grammar  while using ms office and other application , so by this way it help's a lot.

7. F8 =  if u press this key , this will help you to access window safe mode , press this key while your PC is turning on .

8. F11 = if you wanna open any application into full mode than press f11 key ..

0. Alt+Enter = Open the Properties for the selected item , file etc.

1. Ctrl + SHIFT + DEL

= this combination open the task manager of your PC , you can check which app are running in background and how much user is active on your PC .

2. Shift + delete

= this combination is used to permanently delete file , if you use this combination the selected file will be permanently deleted and not go to recycle bin ..

3.  CTRL+ A = to select all data .

4. CTRL +C = to copy selected data .

5. CTRL+ V = to paste the copied data .

6. CTRL+X = use to cut data

7. Ctrl+Right arrow = Moves one word to the right at a time.

8. Ctrl+Esc = Opens the START menu

9. Ctrl+Shift+Esc = Opens Windows Task Manager

10. Ctrl+N = by using this you can  Create a new, blank document in some software programs

11.  Ctrl+I = by using this you can change selected text to be in Italics.

12. Ctrl+P = by using this you can print the selected document in just seconds.

13. Ctrl+Y =Redo last action.

14. Ctrl+Z =Undo last action.
